Bookings can be made by phone, email or via our website booking calendar. Please clearly state the dates required and exact number of guests attending. We will then confirm availability and payment will need to be made to secure the booking.

Please note that a 25% deposit is required at the point of booking your chosen dates. If your intended stay is less than 28 days away, full payment will be required at point of booking.

Payment can be made by bank transfer and all bank details and exact amounts required will be detailed in the proforma invoice emailed to you. If you do not have access to email, details will be given over the phone and the invoice will be posted to your home address once payment has been received.

Please note that we only have one rental unit available. If you cancel, we will likely be left with an empty property for the duration of your intended stay. We cannot afford to operate like this, therefore please note that no refunds will be made for cancellations or no-shows, for whatever reason.

When booking the accommodation, a deposit of 25% is required to secure the booking. Most people book accommodation months in advance, therefore to fill a booking at short notice is extremely unlikely. Again this deposit is non refundable as it has secured your booking and prevented us from taking other bookings for these dates.

If through any unforeseen issue we are no longer able to offer accommodation for your booked dates, we will of course advise you of this at the earliest opportunity and provide you with a full refund of any monies paid. As a business looking to turn a profit, we have no intention of doing this and would only do so under extreme circumstances.
